Spring begins today and with it's coming we honor the shift to the latter part of the kapha season. Looking around me in nature I see the shifts in the warmer temperatures, the sun shining and the birds happily singing the arrival of this shift. In our own nature;s we too have a shift that begins to thaw winter's hold and create a lighter essence in our minds, bodies and hearts.

Every day is different! I am on day two of the cleanse and have been draggin throughout the day. Switched it up from ginger tea to tulsi rose tea....maybe the lack of ginger energy...or the ghee doing it's magic and detoxing?

Today Ger and I began our cleanse and due to our schedule we started a few days later than some folks. This cleanse has been specifically put together for each of the participants based on their constitution by our wonderful Ayurvedic practitioner Amba Greene.
