Day 3 of the Spring CleanseSpring begins today and with it's coming we honor the shift to the latter part of the kapha season. Looking around me in nature I see the shifts in the warmer temperatures, the sun shining and the birds happily singing the arrival of this shift. In our own nature;s we too have a shift that begins to thaw winter's hold and create a lighter essence in our minds, bodies and hearts.
